If pressing the [FEED] key in the initial state results in an error on your Toshiba Barcode Reader, it is because a feed was attempted contrary to the default conditions. If your Toshiba Barcode Reader shows a 'NO PAPER' error, it could be due to a few reasons: the media has run out, it's not loaded correctly, the sensor position needs adjustment, the sensor isn't calibrated, or the media is slack. First, load new media or reload it correctly, and then press the [RESTART] key. If that doesn't work, adjust the sensor position and take up any slack in the media.
