14 Questions for Equipment
Sheets are not aligned when they exit.
This may occur due to the following causes. Check them and take the appropriate actions.
Sheets are not placed in the drawer with correct side up as required for the equipment.
Check which is the printing side of the sheets and place them correctly. Information about which is the printing side
may be given on the wrapping paper of the sheets. If you cannot decide which side is the printing side, try printing
on both sides to see if the sheets are aligned when they exit.
The type of paper corresponding to that being used has not been set.
Check that the set paper type corresponds to the paper in use. For details, see the reference below:

The message indicating that there is no paper does not disappear even after paper has
been placed in the drawer.
This may be due to the following causes. Check them and take the appropriate actions.
How to confirm and change the IP address of the equipment
From the touch panel of the equipment, press [User Functions -User-] and select the [Admin] tab > [Network] > [IPv4]
to confirm or change the IP address. For details, see the reference below:

The equipment does not recognize the inserted USB storage device.
Confirm that the USB storage device is securely inserted into the USB port.
A USB storage device for the equipment must meet the following conditions.
Formatted in FAT16 or FAT32
Only one partition
Some USB storage devices may not be recognized even if they meet these conditions. Try to use a USB storage device
manufactured by other vendors that meets the conditions.
Sheets set in the drawer are not aligned. Remove the sheets from the drawer, align them and set them
again.
The side guide or end guide does not match the
size of the paper set in the drawer.
Adjust the side guide or end guide to match the paper size.
The amount of paper placed in the Large
Capacity Feeder is too small.
Place at least 10 sheets of paper in the Large Capacity Feeder.
The paper is misfed at the end of the drawer. Pull out the drawer and remove any misfed paper.
There is something other than paper in the
drawer.
Do not put anything but paper in the drawer.
