The Hold Print function allows the printer to retain your document in the Hold Print job list until
you print it from the touch panel. This function is useful to prevent users from forgetting to
remove printed documents.
1. From the Basic tab, click the
Print Job drop down box.
2. Click Hold Print.
3. Set additional print options as
desired and then click OK.
4. Click Print on the next window to
send your file to the printer. (Image
