Print from USB
Printing from USB lets you print PDF, Encrypted PDF, JPEG, XPS, PRN (.PRN) and PostScript
(.PS) print files stored on a memory stick connected to the system’s USB port
1. Connect USB storage
device to the USB port on the
system. After a few seconds,
“Found USB Device”
appears on the touch panel.
Note: Exercise caution when
the message “USB DEVICE
in use – Do not remove USB
DEVICE” appears. Do not
disconnect the USB device
while this message is
displayed as it could destroy
data in the USB device or
cause a malfunction in your
system.
NOTE: The e-STUDIO’s USB port, depending on the model, is
located as shown in the image below. On other e-STUDIO models,
find the USB port on the upper-right corner of the main body of the e-
STUDIO.
2. Tap the Print button on
the HOME screen.
3. Select USB from the JOB
TYPE drop-down box.
Note: If your system is
managed by department
codes, you will be prompted
to enter your department’s
password at this point.
