Private Print Jobs
The Private Print Jobs function is ideal for printing confidential documents.
Private Print is like Hold Print, with the addition of password protecting a file
held in the e-STUDIO.
1. From the Basic tab, click the
Print Job drop down arrow.
2. Click Private Print.
3. Set any other desired print
options and click OK.
4. In the pop-up window, enter a
password and click OK to close the
pop-up window.
5. Click Print on the next window
to send your file to the printer.

6. At the e-STUDIO MFP press the
Print button on the HOME screen.
7. Tap Private from the Job Type
drop-down menu on the touch
panel.
8. Select your username. Your
username is usually your Windows
logon name.
9. Tap the OK button.
