(Scanning > Scan to File or USB)
You will perform the following steps for scanning to a USB storage device. Later, in different
job shop, you will print the file you will have scanned to USB.
IMPORTANT: Never insert the USB storage device before the e-STUDIO is powered on.
Never remove the USB storage device when it is in use.
1. Place originals face down on
the copier glass or face up in the
Dual Scan Document Feeder.
2. On the HOME screen, tap the
Scan button on the control panel.
3. To store the scan in a USB
storage device, connect the USB
storage device to the USB port on
the system and wait a few seconds.
NOTE: The e-STUDIO’s USB port, depending on the model,
is located as shown in the image below. On other e-STUDIO
models, find the USB port on the upper-right corner of the
main body of the e-STUDIO.
