With the preview feature, you can view your scans on the touch panel before saving or
1. Place a multi-page document in
the DSDF.
2. Tap the Scan button on the
control panel.
3. There are five different scan
modes.
• e-filing
• Scan to File
• Scan to Email
• Scan to USB
• WS Scan (preview feature not
available)
In this example, Tap the FILE
button on the touch panel.
4. To store the scanned image in
a folder on the device’s local hard-
drive:
• Select the MFP LOCAL button.
• Use your name for the File
Name and File Format.
Then, tap the OK button.
