Hole punching is available only if an optional Finisher and Hole Punch unit is installed. Perform
the following steps to punch holes on printed sheets of paper as they exit from the system.
1. Click the Finishing tab.
2. Click the icon representing the
type of Hole Punch you want
(either center top or middle left).
3. Set additional print options and
click OK.
4. Click Print on the next window
to send your file to the printer.
