Setting up e-Filing Boxes
The e-Filing feature lets you store, print, and manage documents that you have obtained by
copying, scanning, printing from a PC, receiving as a regular fax, and receiving as an Internet
fax.
The Public user box is a default setting for storing shared documents and can be accessed by
all users without restriction. You can also create up to 200 password-protected user boxes and
up to 100 folders per user box. You can then store up to 400 documents in each folder
1. Tap the e-FILING button on the
HOME screen.
2. Tap the BOX SETTING tab on
the touch panel.
3. Tap a blank (Unnamed)box
number.
4. Tap SETUP.
