PRINTING FROM WINDOWS APPLICATIONS
Stapling
You can staple sets of paper as they are ejected from the equipment.
Staple printing is only available when the Finisher is installed.

Display the [Finishing] tab menu.

Select the [Staple] position.
Upper Left: Staples the document at the upper left.
Upper Right: Staples the document at the upper right.
Center Top: Double-staples the document along the top edge.
Middle Left: Double-staples the document along the left side.
Center Double: Folds and double-staples the document in the center.
Options vary depending on the model, paper size, and orientation.
[Center Double] is only available when the Saddle Stitch Finisher is installed and configured on the [Device
Settings] tab.

Set other printing functions as needed, and then click [OK].

Click [Print] or [OK] to send the job.
Printouts are stapled.
Punching
Select this to punch holes on printouts as they are ejected from the equipment.
Hole punch printing is only available when the Hole Punch Unit is installed.

Display the [Finishing] tab menu.

Select the [Hole Punch] position.
Middle Left: Punches holes along the left.
Center Top: Punches holes along the top.

Set other printing functions as needed, and then click [OK].

Click [Print] or [OK] to send the job.
Holes are punched.
