Configure the function to require user name and password entries for each print job when printing from shared PCs.

Display the [Device Settings] tab menu.
The [Device Settings] tab can be displayed only from the Printers folder. It cannot be opened when displaying the
properties from the application's print dialog box.

Click [Account Settings].

Select [Enter the user credentials manually], and then click [OK].
