Available Functions when Using Multiple MFPs
When multiple items of e-STUDIO Series or Loops Series equipment exists on a network, you can specify the output
and number of copies from the [Output Devices] dialog box.

When you select the equipment from [Selected Devices], make sure you select a printer with features that support
the selected print job options.
- If the job requires stapling, make sure you select equipment that supports stapling.
- If the job requires hole punching, make sure you select equipment that supports hole punching.
- If the job requires an external large capacity feeder, make sure you select equipment with the External Large
Capacity Feeder installed.
- If the job requires full- or twin-color printing, make sure you select color equipment.
If the selected equipment does not support the print options of the job, printing may not be performed correctly.
Department code confirmation for the selected equipment is not performed when the job is printed from the
selected equipment. If a department code specified in [Department Code] on the [Others] tab is not recognized,
Department Management for this print job is not performed.
If you select [Always Use This Setting], you can skip the [Output Devices] setting from the next time.
Equipment selected in [Selected Devices] must be registered in [Printer Folder]. If you want to use equipment not
registered in [Printer Folder], add it in [Add Printer] on the [Others] tab.
Switching equipment to print jobs
When multiple items of e-STUDIO Series or Loops Series equipment exists on a network, you can switch between
them.
If the equipment you want to use is busy, you can send your job to another e-STUDIO Series or Loops Series
equipment that is not currently holding any print jobs.

Display the [Others] tab menu.

Click [Output Devices].

Select [Print Job to Selected Devices].
