Procedures
• Both the service technician and the user can perform procedure (1).
• Only if the saturation of R (Red) is still insufficient even after procedure (1) has been performed, must
the service technician perform procedure (2).
(1) Change the “Saturation” option on the printer driver.
For Windows
Open the property page of the printer driver. Click “Setting” in the “Image Quality” tab.
Change the “Saturation” option in the “Image Attribute” tab.
