3.13.1 To Create ICC Profiles for Printing on the Paper to be Used
Explanation
To create a new printer profile to be used when “Advanced” is selected in the “Image Quality Type”
option, patch printing for the printer must be performed but some users have difficulty to select the
correct setting items on the printer driver menu. To create a proper ICC profile with the correct print
image, the suitable setting items must be selected.
Procedures
Both the service technician and the user can perform all settings.
(1) Open the Properties page of the printer driver and then select the paper type on the “Paper Type”
option on the “Basic” tab menu.
