Viewing Touch Panel for Fax Menu
1. Message Display Area
Operational instructions and the status of the equipment are displayed.
2. [SINGLE] Tab
On this tab, you can select individual contacts and various function buttons relevant to Internet faxing
operation.
3. [GROUP] Tab
On this tab, you can select groups of contacts and various function buttons relevant to Internet faxing
operation.
4. [ADDRESS] Tab
This tab contains contacts information saved in the equipment’s address book and displays the information
on the [SINGLE] and the [GROUP] tab.
5. [ADVANCED] Tab
On this tab, various kinds of advanced functions are available for you.

6. Alert Message Display Area
Alert messages are displayed when the equipment needs a toner cartridge replacement, the waste toner
box needs cleaning, etc. For details on these messages, refer to the Troubleshooting Guide.
7. Date and Time
When you press the [FAX] button on the control panel, the FAX
menu is displayed on the touch panel.
If the equipment is managed by the Department
Management or User Management features, you need to
enter a department code or the user information, such as the
user name and password.
