Setting the status message
This function allows the equipment to display the status message at the bottom of the touch panel to notify you of the
occurrence of specified events, such as when paper has run out and toner is low.

Press [GENERAL] in the Admin menu (1/2).
The GENERAL menu (1/2) is displayed.

Press [STATUS MESSAGE].
The STATUS MESSAGE screen is displayed.
