Adding or removing contacts by searching with a search string

Press [SEARCH].
The ADDRESS SEARCH screen is displayed.

Press the corresponding button(s) for the desired search category.
y When you press each button (excluding [FAX NO.]), the on-screen keyboard will be displayed.
y When you press [FAX NO.], the on-screen keyboard for entering the fax number will be displayed.

Enter the search string and press [OK].

You can also use the digital keys on the control panel to enter numerals.
