Reset Factory Default Settings
To reset the LCD settings to Factory defaults
1. Press
3+6+9+ (simultaneously).
2. Press Volume

3. Press to access Initialising Mode.
FB01 – Resets Terminal Data (This includes Handset Volume and Handset/
Headset sidetone.)
FB02 – Resets LCD Contrast / Backlight data
FB03 – Resets Network data.
FB04 – Resets Analogue exchange settings (on IP5122-SDC only).
4. Press FBxx to turn on initialisation FB will light red.
5. When FB’s have been selected, press to save the settings.
6. Lift the handset off-hook /on-hook to perform initialisations. Telephone will reset.
Handset Volume
1. Press 3+6+9+ (simultaneously).
2. Press button.
3. Press to access Sound Level Setting Mode.
FB01 – Sets Handset Transmit (Tx) volume
FB02 – Sets Handset Receive (Rx)
4. Press FBxx and enter a value from -8dB to +6dB. Default value is 0. (Tx/Rx)
Note To enter a negative number, use the * key in place of the “-” sign.
5. Press to save settings.
6. Lift the handset off-hook /on-hook to save settings.
