4.5 Hard Disk Drive
Removing the Hard Disk Drive
To remove the T4900CT’s hard disk drive, follow the steps below and refer to figures 4-7
through 4-10.
1. Turn off the power to the T4900CT. Disconnect the AC adapter, power cord, and
all external cables connected to the T4900CT.
2. Remove the battery pack as described in section 4.2.
3. Turn the computer upside down.
4. Remove two M2.5x30 screws securing the HDD pack slot cover, and lift off the
cover (figure 4-7).
