What to do if my TP-Link Modem cannot access the Internet?

If you can't access the internet with your TP-Link Modem, first, check that all cables (telephone line, Ethernet cables, and power adapter) are securely plugged in. If you can access the modem router's web management page, verify your VPI/VCI, Connection Type, account username, and password with your ISP. If problems persist, restore the modem router to its factory default settings and reconfigure it.
