Air and Water Balancing
1. Adjust each VAV box maximum flow set point required for its zone using the UCM set points
menu. See Figure 32, p. 56.
Note: This could already be done in the factory in its commissioning process.
2. After balancing a group/box, return that group/box flow override to AUTO.
3. Continue to the next group/box repeating VAV unit air balancing procedures until each unit is
delivering the correct CFM.
4. Upon completion of the VAV air balancing, remove all overrides.
5. Initiate a recalibrate command.
