this instruction book.

product are safety critical parts of your shower.

  If your Triton Bathroom Fixture shower is not working, there could be several reasons. It might be due to an interrupted power supply, such as a blown fuse or a tripped circuit breaker. Check the fuse or circuit breaker and replace or reset it. If the issue persists, consult a qualified electrician. Another cause might be a unit malfunction or the thermal cut-out safety device has operated. In these cases, have the unit checked by a qualified service engineer or contact Customer Experience. Also check other appliances.

  If the water from your Triton Bathroom Fixture is too cool or cold, it could be due to several reasons. There might be too much flow, so try reducing the flow rate via the temperature control. The water pressure may be below the required minimum; determine if your water supply is mains or tank fed. A reduction in ambient water temperature may also cause this issue, so adjust the flow rate to give reduced flow. Try selecting high power. If it is an electrical malfunction or the safety cut-out operated, have the unit checked by a qualified electrician or engineer, or contact Customer Experience.

How to fix too hot water in Triton Bathroom Fixture?

  If the water from your Triton Bathroom Fixture is too hot, it could be due to not enough water flowing through the shower. Increase the flow rate via the temperature control. A blocked shower head can also cause this, so clean or replace the blocked sprayplate in the shower head. Check if stopvalves are fully open and inspect for blockages in the inlet filter. Also, an increase in ambient water temperature may be the cause, so adjust the flow rate to give increased flow. Try selecting economy power.

What to do if water ejected from PRD tube in Triton Bathroom Fixture?

  If water is being ejected from the PRD (Pressure Relief Device) tube of your Triton Bathroom Fixture, it could be due to a blocked shower head. Clean the sprayplate and then fit a new PRD. It may also be caused by a twisted or blocked shower hose. Check for free passage through the hose and replace it if necessary, then fit a new PRD. If the shower head was not removed during commissioning, fit a new PRD and commission the unit with the shower head removed.
