• The shower unit MUST BE switched off at the isolating switch when

not in use. This is a safety procedure recommended for all electrical

appliances.

• The showerhead and hose supplied with this product are a safety

critical part of your shower. Failure to use genuine Triton parts may

cause injury and invalidate your guarantee.

It could be that not enough water is flowing through the shower, so try increasing the flow rate via the temperature control. A blocked showerhead can also cause this issue; clean or replace the blocked sprayplate. Check if the stop valves are fully open or if there's a blockage in the inlet filter. An increase in ambient water temperature might also be the reason, in that case, readjust the flow rate to increase the flow. You could also select the ‘economy’ power setting.

Selecting ‘high’ power may also help.

  If the pressure relief device (PRD) has operated on your Triton Bathroom Fixture (indicated by water ejected from the PRD tube), the showerhead may be blocked. You should clean the sprayplate and then fit a new PRD. Another cause might be a twisted or blocked flexible shower hose. Check for free passage through the hose, and replace it if necessary before fitting a new PRD. Also, ensure the showerhead was removed during commissioning; if not, fit a new PRD and recommission the unit with the showerhead removed.
