How to fix a Triton AMORE shower with no water flow?
    • J
      Jamie FoleyJul 28, 2025
If your Triton Bathroom Fixture shower is inoperable with no water flow, several factors could be at play. First, check the power supply for a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker; replace or reset it as needed, and consult an electrician if the issue persists. A general unit malfunction or power cut could also be the cause, so verify other appliances and contact your local Electricity Supply Company if necessary. Additionally, the thermal cut-out safety device might have been activated, requiring a qualified service engineer or Customer Service to inspect the unit.

Why is my Triton AMORE Bathroom Fixtures shower water too hot?
    • S
      smithchristopherAug 3, 2025
If the water from your Triton Bathroom Fixture shower is too hot, there are several possible causes. It could be that not enough water is flowing through the shower, so try increasing the flow rate via the temperature control. A blocked showerhead can also cause this issue; clean or replace the blocked sprayplate. Check if the stop valves are fully open or if there's a blockage in the inlet filter. An increase in ambient water temperature might also be the reason, in that case, readjust the flow rate to increase the flow. You could also select the ‘economy’ power setting.

Why is my Triton Bathroom Fixtures shower water too cool or cold?
    • J
      Jason ButlerAug 8, 2025
If the water from your Triton Bathroom Fixture shower is too cool or cold, several factors could be responsible. Too much flow could be the issue, so reduce the flow rate via the temperature control. Also, check if the water pressure is below the minimum required (refer to the rating label). Determine whether the water supply is mains or tank fed. Furthermore, a reduction in ambient water temperature may be the cause; readjust the flow rate to reduce the flow. Selecting ‘high’ power may also help.

What to do if the 'Low Pressure' screen is flashing on my Triton AMORE shower?
    • B
      Brian YoungAug 14, 2025
The 'Low Pressure' screen flashing on your Triton Bathroom Fixture indicates a low-pressure condition, meaning there isn't enough water flow available. Begin by checking if the filter is blocked. Next, ensure that the water supply to the shower is adequate.

What to do if the pressure relief device on my Triton AMORE Bathroom Fixtures shower has operated?
    • T
      Tyler BennettAug 21, 2025
If the pressure relief device (PRD) has operated on your Triton Bathroom Fixture (indicated by water ejected from the PRD tube), the showerhead may be blocked. You should clean the sprayplate and then fit a new PRD. Another cause might be a twisted or blocked flexible shower hose. Check for free passage through the hose, and replace it if necessary before fitting a new PRD. Also, ensure the showerhead was removed during commissioning; if not, fit a new PRD and recommission the unit with the showerhead removed.
