8. Fit the oil pump to the lower crankcase (see Oil Pump - Installation).
Perform the following operations:
• Barrels - Installation
• Gear Change Shaft and Selector Drum - Installation
• Input Shaft - Installation
• Output Shaft - Removal
• Lower Crankcase - Installation
• Gear Selector Forks - Installation
• Output shaft - Installation
• Alternator Rotor - Installation
• Clutch - Installation
• Engine - Installation
Crankshaft – Removal
Make sure the motorcycle is stabilised and adequately supported.
A correctly supported motorcycle will help prevent it from falling.
An unstable motorcycle may fall, causing injury to the operator or damage to the
motorcycle.
