Make sure the motorcycle is stabilised and adequately supported.
A correctly supported motorcycle will help prevent it from falling.
An unstable motorcycle may fall, causing injury to the operator or damage to the
motorcycle.
Perform the following operations:
• Battery - Removal
• If required, drain the engine oil Engine Oil and Filter Renew
• Coolant Replacement - Drainage
• Fuel Tank - Removal
• Plenum - Removal (All Markets Except US) or Plenum - Removal (US
Markets Only)
• Radiator - Removal
• Evaporative Canister - Removal
• Ignition Coils - Removal
• Secondary Air Injection Solenoid - Removal
• Catalytic Converter - Removal
• Exhaust Headers - Removal
• Side Panels - Removal
• Starter Motor - Removal
• Left Hand Control Plate - Removal
• Swinging Arm - Removal
