Grundrahmen sind mit eigenen Klammern zu
verbinden. Die Klammern werden in die, im
Grundrahmen eingefrästen Langlöcher
eingehängt und mit Sechskantschrauben
M10 x 35 verschraubt (Bild 7).
Base frames must be joined with special
clamps. The clamps are engaged in the
elongated holes milled into the basic
frame and secured with hexagon-head
bolts M10 x 35 (figure 7).

Alle Verbindungsklammern bzw.
Verbindungswinkel dürfen nur so stark
angezogen werden, dass es zu keinen
Verformungen des Geräterahmens kommt.
Do not overtighten the connection clamps
or connection brackets to avoid
deformation of the unit frame.
Dachverbindungen bei AIRSET Geräten in
wetterfester Ausführung erfolgen mit dem
bewährten WEFA Treibschiebersystem. Die
Treibschieberlängen sind so ausgelegt, dass
bei der Montage die Treibschieber über die
Geräteteilungen hinausragen. Die Enden der
Treibschieber sind mit Silikon abzudichten
(Bild 8).
Roof connections of AIRSET units for
outdoor units are accomplished with the
proven WEFA drive slide system. Ensure
drive slide overlap on the roof joint. The
ends of the drive slides must be sealed with
silicone (figure 8)

Segeltuchstutzen werden zum Anschluss an
das Luftkanalnetz, zur Vermeidung von
Körperschallübertragungen und zum Ausgleich
von Maßtoleranzen benötigt. Diese werden
standardmäßig bei allen AIRSET
Lüftungsgeräten mitgeliefert. Sie müssen
bauseitig thermisch und akustisch isoliert, und
mittels Potentialausgleichskabel überbrückt
werden.
Bei der Montage ist darauf zu achten, dass die
Segeltuchstutzen nicht gespannt eingebaut
werden. Die Verbindung zum Lüftungsgerät
erfolgt über Z-förmige Winkel bzw. unserem
bewehrten WEFA Treibschiebersystem
(Bild 9).
Flexible canvases are required for the
connection of the AHU to the air duct
system in order to avoid the transmission of
solid-borne vibrations and to allow for
dimensional tolerances. These are supplied
as standard with all AIRSET air handling
units. On the construction site they must be
thermally and acoustically insulated and
bridged by means of potential
equalisation cable. On assembly ensure
that the flexible canvas are not stretched
on installation. For the connection
between flexible canvas and the air
handling unit use the Z shaped profiles
respectively our proven WEFA drive slide
system (figure 9).
