Alle im Anlagensystem enthaltenen
Komponenten (Regelklappen, Absperrklappen,
Brandschutzklappen, Volumenstromregler,
usw.) sind auf Funktion zu prüfen und für den
Betrieb zu öffnen.
All system components (dampers, fire
dampers, air flow regulators, etc.) must be
checked and opened for run.
Die Keilriemen sind im Auslieferungszustand
nicht vorgespannt. Die Keilriemen müssen vor
der ersten Inbetriebnahme gespant werden!
Nach ca. 5 Betriebsstunden sind die
Keilriemen nach zu spannen und die
Riemenflucht ist zu überprüfen. Bei hohen
Ventilatordrehzahlen ist eine zusätzliche
Kontrolle der Keilriemenspannung nach ca. 4
Tagen erforderlich (Bild 10 und Tabelle 2).
The V-belts are not pre-tensioned ex
factory. The V-belts must be tightened
before start-up and the tension and the
belt alignment need to be checked
approximately 5 hours of operation. In the
case of very high fan speeds an additional
check of the V-belt tension is required after
approx. 4 days (figure 10 and table 2).

Bei Flachriemenantrieben ist die optimale
Riemenspannung je nach zu übertragender
Leistung bei einer Riemendehnung von 1,5 bis
2,5% erreicht.
For flat belt drives the optimal belt
alignment is reached when the belt
expansion is 1,5 to 2,5% of the belt length
(depends on the transmitted power.)
Drehrichtung durch kurzes Einschalten des
Motors überprüfen

Die maximal zulässige Anlaufhäufigkeit
der Motoren darf nicht überschritten
