Bei Verwendung von Frostschutzmitteln
sind die Sicherheitshinweise des
Herstellers unbedingt einzuhalten.
Frostschutzmittel sind gesundheits-
gefährdend!
When using anti-freeze agents it is
indispensable to observe the safety
instructions of the manufacturer. Anti-
freeze agents are harmful to health!
Tropfenabscheider erbringen erst nach einer
Anlaufzeit von ca. 4 Wochen ihre vollständige
Wirkung.
The drop eliminator reaches its maximum
efficiency only after a short running-in
phase of approx. 4 weeks
Bei nicht völliger Tropfenabscheidung ist die
richtige Einbaulage der Tropfenabscheider zu
kontrollieren. Eventuell muss die
Luftgeschwindigkeit über den
Tropfenabscheider gemessen werden.
When the drops are not completely
separated, check the right installation
position of the drop eliminator. It may be
necessary to check the air velocity over
the drop eliminator surface.
Wartung
Maintenance
• Luftkühler auf luftseitige Verschmutzung,
Beschädigung und Korrosion prüfen
• Check air coolers for dirt
accumulation on the air side, damage
and corrosion.
• Reinigung der Registerlamellen z.B.:
mittels Druckluft bei Cu/Al-Registern
entgegen Luftrichtung. Bei
stahl/verzinkten Register kann auch mit
Hilfe von Dampfstrahlgeräten gereinigt
werden.
• Cleaning the coil elements for
instance: With compressed air in the
case of Cu/Al coils against the air
flow. In the case of steel/galvanised
coils it is also possible to clean with the
help of steam cleaners.
• Kontrolle der Anschlüsse bzw.
Verschraubungen auf Dichtheit.
• Check the connections and screw
connections.
• Register entlüften.
• Bleed register.
• Kondensatablauf prüfen und reinigen.
• Check and clean condensate drain.
