Verschmutzung, Beschädigung und
Korrosion prüfen.
• Inspect wheel for dirt accumulation on
the air side, damage and corrosion.
• Regelmäßige Reinigung mit Pressluft oder
Hochdruckgeräten (Reinigungsmittel nur
Wasser ohne chemische Zusätze).
• Regularly clean with compressed air or
high-pressure units (use only water
without chemical additives).
• Spannung des Antriebskeilriemens
regelmäßig prüfen und ggf. nachspannen.
• Regularly check the tension of the belt
drive and adjust the tension if
required.
• Dichtelemente auf Funktion prüfen.
• Check sealing element function.
• Speichermasse auf Laufruhe und
Zentrierung überprüfen.
• Check the wheel for smooth running
and balancing.
• Mess- und Steuereinrichtungen auf
Funktion prüfen.
• Check measuring and control
installations for proper operation.
• Motorflucht kontrollieren.
• Check the motor alignment.

Montage des Stellantriebes
Installation of damper actuator
• Den Klappenantrieb auf die Klappenachse
aufstecken.
• Fit the damper actuator on the
damper shaft.
• Die Muttern am V-Bügel von Hand leicht
anziehen
• Manually tighten the nuts on the V-
frame.
• Die Verdrehsicherung anpassen und
befestigen.
• Adapt and secure the rotation
protection.
• Die Klappe in die Zu-Stellung bringen.
• Place the damper in the closed
position.
• Das Getriebe durch Fingerdruck auf die
Entriegelungstaste ausrasten und den
Klemmbock einen Teilstrich vor die Zu-
Stellung drehen und anschließend wieder
einrasten lassen.
• Disengage the gear by pressing the
unlocking button and turn the
clamping pedestal one division in front
of the closed position and allow to re-
engage.
• Den Stellmotor auf 90° zur Klappenachse
ausrichten und die Muttern am V-Bügel
fest anziehen.
• Align the actuator 90° relative to the
damper shaft and tighten the nuts on
the V-frame.
