GeneralRecommendations
Regular maintenancewill improve the performance and
extend the life of the pressure washer.See any qualified
dealerfor service.
The pressurewasher's warranty does not cover items that
havebeen subjected to operator abuse or negligence.To
receivefull value from the warranty, the operator must
maintain the pressure washer as instructed in this manual,
including proper storage as detailed in Winter Storageand
Long TermStorage.
NOTE:Should you havequestions about replacing
components on your pressure washer, pleasecall
(888) 611-6708 for assistance.
Some adjustments will needto be made periodically to
properly maintain your pressurewasher. Checkthe
spray gun and nozzleextension assembly for wear.
All maintenancein this manual and the engine
operator's manualshould be made at leastonce each
season.
Once ayear you should clean or replacethe spark plug,
cleanor replacethe air filter. A newspark plug and
cleanair filter assure proper fuel-air mixture and help
your engine run better and last longer. Please referto
your engineoperator's manual for more details.

PumpOil
DONOTattempt any oil maintenanceon this pump. The
pump is pre-lubricated and sealedfrom the factory, requiring
no additional maintenancefor the life of the pump.
CleanDebris
Dailyor before use, clean accumulated debris from cleaning
system. Keeplinkage, spring and controls clean. Keeparea
around and behind muffler free from any combustible debris.
Inspect cooling air slots and openings on the pressure
washer.These openings must be kept clean and
unobstructed.
Cleaningsystem partsshould bekeptcleanto reducethe riskof
overheatingandignition of accumulateddebris.
Use a damp cloth to wipe exterior surfaces clean.
NOTICE Improper treatment of pressure washer can
damageit and shorten its life.
DONOTinsertanyobjectsthroughcoolingslots.
Use a soft bristle brush to loosen cakedon dirt, oil, etc.
Use a vacuum cleaner to pick up loose dirt and debris.
Checkand CleanInlet Screen
Examinethe screen on the pump's water inlet. Clean it if the
screen is clogged or replaceit if screen is damaged.
CheckHigh PressureHose
Thehigh pressure hose can develop leaksfrom wear,
kinking, or abuse. Inspect the hoseeach time before using it.
Checkfor cuts, leaks, abrasions or bulging of cover, damage
or movement of couplings. If any of these conditions exist,
replacethe hose immediately.
