  If your True Fitness Treadmill resets or pauses randomly, there might be several reasons. Begin by replacing the power cord, as it may be damaged. Ensure the power cord is properly connected to both the unit and the outlet. Make sure the safety e-stop key is fully engaged with the console. Insufficient power could also be the issue, so verify the output voltage from the 20A outlet using a voltmeter. Finally, user weight must be over 90lbs. Verify No User Present settings in console.

  If your True Fitness Treadmill has no power, first ensure the On/Off switch is in the ON position. Check the power cord to see if it is damaged and replace it if necessary. Make sure the power cord is fully seated in the socket at both the unit and the outlet. Use a voltmeter to verify that there is power at the outlet. Also, check the circuit breaker next to the On/Off switch to ensure it hasn't tripped; reset it if needed.

  If you experience erratic or no heart rate display on your True Fitness Treadmill, ensure the transmitter belt contacts are making good contact with your skin by readjusting the belt. Also, moisten the contacts on the transmitter belt. Make sure you are positioned within 3 feet (1 meter) of the heart rate receiver on the console.
