Why is the heart rate displaying erratically on my True TC400?

  If the heart rate on your True Treadmill is displaying erratically or not at all, ensure the transmitter belt contacts are making good contact with your skin and are moist. Make sure you are within 3 feet (1 meter) of the heart rate receiver on the console. If the battery inside the transmitter belt is depleted, replace it with a compatible one. Also, ensure that other users wearing compatible transmitter straps are not within 3 feet (1 meter) of the unit. Environmental interference from high voltage power lines can also cause this issue; try moving the unit or the source of interference.

How to troubleshoot no power on my True TC400?

  If your True Treadmill has no power, first, make sure the On/Off switch is in the ON position. Then, check the power cord to ensure it is not damaged and is fully seated in the socket at both the unit and the outlet. Verify the outlet has power using a voltmeter. Finally, check the circuit breaker next to the On/Off switch to ensure it hasn't tripped; if it has, reset it.
