Once the drive rollers have been engaged completely against
the tyres using the lever provided, the Mover is ready for
operation. It is operated exclusively via the remote control,
which transmits radio signals to the control unit. A separately
installed 12V lead-acid battery or suitable gel battery (not
supplied) provides the control unit with electrical power.
Always completely engage the drive rollers. If the drive
rollers are not completely engaged, the caravan cannot
be controlled. If this is not observed, there is a risk of injury
and property damage.

Switching on the remote control
No other remote control function must be active when
the remote control is switched on.
a = On /Off slide switch (also the emergency stop switch)
On (LED 4 lights up*)
Off (LED 4 goes off)
* LED 4 flashes for approx. 5 seconds after the remote con-
trol is switched on, until the system is ready for operation.
The following options are available for controlling the caravan:
b using the control knob only
c using the slide control only
b + c using the control knob and the slide control
The caravan symbol on the control knob indicates the current
direction of travel (of the caravan).
The slide control allows the caravan to be moved forwards
and backwards without jolting, with infinitely variable speed
control.
Slide control only
(Forwards, backwards and infinitely variable speed control)
Slide control forward –> caravan moves forward (towards
the drawbar)
(both wheels rotate in forward direction)
Slide control backward –> caravan moves backward (away
from the drawbar)
(both wheels rotate in reverse direction)
The further the slide control is moved from the zero position,
the faster the speed.
Control knob only
Turns on the spot without forward or backward movement
Turn to the right -> caravan drawbar moves to the right, left
wheel rotates forwards – right wheel rotates backwards,
rotation around middle of caravan
Turn to the left –> caravan drawbar moves to the left, right
wheel rotates forwards – left wheel rotates backwards,
rotation around middle of caravan
The further the control knob is moved, the faster the caravan
turns on the spot.
Control knob and slide control, MoverSX
Cornering forward or backward to the right or left
Control knob to the right and slide control forward –> cara-
van moves forward in the direction of the drawbar in a
right-hand bend
Control knob to the left and slide control forward –> cara-
van moves forward in the direction of the drawbar in a left-
hand bend
Control knob to the right and slide control backward –>
caravan moves backward in the opposite direction to the
drawbar in a right-hand bend
Control knob to the left and slide control backward –> cara-
van moves backward in the opposite direction to the draw-
bar in a left-hand bend
The more the slide control is pushed towards the end stop,
the faster the movement.
The more the control knob is turned, the smaller the turning
radius. The caravan can be manoeuvred accurately by using
the slide control and control knob at the same time.
The remote control switches itself off automatically after ap-
prox. 3 minutes if none of the buttons are pressed. The green
LED 4 goes out.
To reactivate the remote control, move the slide switch
to “Off”
and then back to “On” after approximately
2seconds.
There is no “On / Off” switch on the caravan itself.
The side slide switch on the remote control (“On / Off”) also
acts as an “Emergency Stop switch”. In case of noticeable
problems, such as uncontrolled behaviour of the manoeuvring
system, immediately switch the slide switch on the side to
Off”.
The remote control can be switched on again only if it
has been switched off for at least 2 seconds. If the re-
mote control is switched off and on again quickly, it remains
switched off.
