13. WARRANTY
The Companyguaranteesthatitsproductsaremadeinaworkmanlikemannerandarefreeof
factory and material defects.
Thisguaranteeisvalidforaperiodoftwoyears,fromthedateofmanufactureoftheproduct,andislimitedtoreplacementor
repairfreeofchargeoftheitemthat,withinsuchperiod,isreturned,deliverypaid,andfoundbyustobedefecveintermsofits
materials and/or manufacture.
Theguaranteeexcludesanyandallotherdirectorindirectdamages.
Theguaranteeandanyresponsibilityonourpart(excepngthatofreplacingorrepairingdefecveitems,accordingtotheterms
andcondionsabove)expresslyexcludesmalfunconingofourproductsiftheirlackofordefecvefunconingisaributableto
incorrectinstallaonornegligentorimproperuse.
