10-10. 상축과 가마의 급유량 조정법
/ Adjusting the upp er shaft and rotary hook lubrication amount
■ 상축 급유량 조정
☞ 면판을 떼어재고, 상축 기름조절밸브①
를 돌리십시오.
∙ 마크②가 침봉크랭크축③에 근접할 때 급유량은 최저가 됩니다.
∙ 마크②가 침봉크랭크축③과 가장 멀리 있을때 급유량은 최고가
됩니다.
■ Upper shaf t lu bricati on amoun t
☞ Remove the face plate, and then turn the oil regulate valve
① to adjust the flow of oil to the upper shaft.
∙ The flow of oil will be at its lowest level when the mark② is
closest to the needle bar crank shaft③.
∙ The flow of oil will be at its highest level when the mark②
is furthest from the needle bar crank shaft③.
■ 가마의 급유량
☞ 미싱두부를 뒤로 젖힌뒤, 급유조절나사②를 돌림으로써 가마
의 급유량을 조정합니다.
■ Rotary h ook lub ri catio n amoun t
☞ Tilt back the machine head, and then turn the adjust
screw②
to adjust the flow of oil to the rotary hook.
※ 급유량 조정후에는 2-3분간 미싱을 운전한뒤 다시 급유량을
검사합니다.
※ After the lubrication amount has been adjusted, run the
machine for 2 - 3 minutes and then re-check the
lubrication amount.
