Finally we suggest repeating the setup procedure, as the output
stage is a parallel single ended there is a small interaction
between the output valves.
ATTENTION
The potentiometers act on the bias even if the buttons are not pressed and
the meter is switched off. If you believe for whathever reason that the bias
has been altered, repeat the setup procedure.
A reduced current at the output valves ( the meter needle in the green area )
reduces the output power and increases the distorsion.
A superior current ( needle in the red zone ) drastically reduces the output
valves life.
REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTIONS
Volume level of the amplifier can be controlled by means of
the InfraRed remote handset.
The remote control unit supplied with the S 6 is fully
compatible with the standard handset of the Unico series
amplifiers and the Unico CD.
Replacement batteries should be of the same type.
