Cooking Set lets you start a manual cooking cycle.

• cooking time or core temperature
• cavity temperature or Delta T
• input or extraction of steam into/from cavity;
• speed of fans in standard or pulse modes;
•  or defrosting modes (only for Speed ovens).

• SMART.Preheating or manual preheating;
• up to nine cooking steps, even with different cooking parameters.

• start the cooking cycle without saving it;
• save the recipe set and then start the cooking cycle (saved recipes are
stored in the Library app).
