CALIBRATION SCREEN CWT
When the operator chooses SELECT CWT from the calibration screen it will change to
the screen below. If they re-select the same button it will toggle back to the default.
When the operator chooses PUMP RATES from the calibration screen it will change to
the screen below. All pump settings are now in CWT.
