5b. Two-piece soener installation
Two-piece device must be connected to the water installation according to the scheme below. We recommend to install
a sediment pre-filter.This will protect the control head against the potential mechanical impurities which can be
present in the feed water.

5c. The two-piece soener assembly
1. Protect the distribution pipe (seal with an adhesive tape) from the media during backfilling.
2. Fill the pressure vessel with a provided bedding material and ion exchange resin
3. Install the upper basket (Fig. 3. By-pass installation)
4. Screw the head to the vessel
5. Attach the by-pass valve using clamps (Fig. 3. By-pass installation)
6. Install the brine hose to the brine elbow (Fig. 3. By-pass installation)
7. Connect overflow hose (fig. 4. Two-piece soener installation scheme)
