Troubleshooting
4 Remove the jammed paper.
If the paper tears, remove every loose scrap from inside the machine.
5 Open the Conveyor Guide (A3) and remove the jammed paper.
6 Close the Conveyor Guide (A3).
7 Open the fuser cover.
8 Remove the jammed paper.
If the paper tears, remove every loose scrap from inside the machine.
CAUTION The fixing unit is extremely hot. Take sufficient
care when working in this area, as there is a danger of
getting burned.
