When to clean the machine?
Daily cleaning is recommended for the parts that are in contact with the product. They
must always be cleaned when fi lling up the machine with new product.
7.Cleaning
7.1 When to clean the machine?
It has to be done by a qualifi ed operator. Turn off the main power switch before cleaning.
Wear protective goggles and gloves when cleaning and maintaining the machine.
The cleaning process consists of 5 phases:
1. Emptying
2. Dismantling
3. Cleaning
4. Assembly
5. Rinse cycle

7.2 How to clean the machine?
1. EMPTYING
Remove the product
and empty the bowls
completely.
Rinse with lukewarm
water, activating the
agitators if neces-
sary.
Remove lid
2. DISMANTLING
Remove tap
Press (1) and pull
upwards (2).
