A clean and hygienic working environment is the basis for high-quality packaged food pro-
duct. For this reason, it is very important to clean the machine, the working environment and
the hands regularly before and after each use and to keep them hygienically clean.
 

The machine is not dishwasher safe.
Never hold the machine under running water.
Clean the machine with a soft cloth and a commercial detergent.
1. Switch o the machine and disconnect the power plug.
2. Allow the sealing bar to cool and remove it from the machine.
3. Clean the machine thoroughly.
4. Clean the sealing bar thoroughly.
5. Wipe everything thoroughly with a clean, damp and soft cloth. Remove all detergent resi-
dues in the process.
6. Allow everything to dry or wipe with a clean, soft cloth.
