  If you notice persistent condensation on windows, walls, or ceilings when using your vanEE Fan, it could be due to several reasons. First, the dehumidistat control might be improperly adjusted; try setting the dehumidistat control knob to a lower setting. Second, the ventilation rate may be improper; consider installing a dehumidistat (optional). Finally, the window frame might be too cold or leaky; in this case, repair the window frame.
