8.2 Disposal
X Dispose of irreparable Vaporizer after the warranty period via the materi-
al cycle or send it to our Service Center.
8.1 Possible Faults / Troubleshooting

Vaporizer cannot
be switched on.
Battery is empty. XCheck battery display.
XCharge battery if neces-
sary.
XAlternatively: Operate Va-
porizer with Supercharger.
ERR 001 Battery tempera-
ture is too high.
XLet the Vaporizer cool
down.
ERR 002 Battery tempera-
ture is too low.
XMove the Vaporizer to a
warm environment.
XDo not heat the Vaporizer
with an external heat
source such as a stove,
microwave or lighter.
ERR 003 USB Charger or USB-C
Cable is not suitable.
XUse original Storz &
Bickel accessories.
ERR 004 The Vaporizer is
faulty.
XSwitch off the Vaporizer
immediately.
XPull out the plug.
XContact our Service
Center.
