4. The programmed injection volume is aspirated from the
sample vial.
µL Pick-up injection: filling the sample loop.
5. The sample needle moves back to the mobile phase vial.
The sample is quantitatively transported into the loop, with
mobile phase.
µL Pick-up injection: transporting sample into the sample loop.
