NOTE: During the dispense action the pressure in the buffer tubing will increase. To prevent
damage of the buffer tubing, the flow should not exceed the value of 6 mL/min for
water (Maximum speed 9 for 100 µL and 250 µL syringes, speed 6 for a 500 µL
syringe and speed 4 for 1000 µL and 10 mL syringe.) If more viscous liquids are used
the speeds should be reduced.
