9.5.2.7 Cutting
During cutting, the cutting wire is heated on the welding bar. The cutting time must be calculated on the
basis of the bag material and the thickness of the material. It can be set to a time between 0 and 5
seconds. If you enter 0, the cutting function is switched off completely.
IMPORTANT
Keep the cutting time as short as possible. This will prevent unnecessary wear to the welding
elements.
9.5.2.8 Preventilation (Soft air)
Preventilation (Soft air) prevents the bag being placed onto the product roughly. This prevents
unwelcome creases on the bag. Specify the residual vacuum below which preventilation should take
place. Enter 999 to deactivate the preventilation (Soft air) function.
IMPORTANT
Preventilation (Soft air) extends the packaging cycle!
