9.5.5 Protected programs
All the 20 available programs can be protected. Protected programs can be selected and started,
although their settings cannot be changed.
The number of programs which are being protected can be specified in the service program. If you
select the “Number of protected programs” in the service program and set this to 10, only programs
P-01 to P-10 can be selected or started.
Exception: Program P-00
Program P-00 has been created for test purposes. It cannot be protected. Consequently, there is an
open program available at all times.
Protected programs can be made accessible by selecting “Number of protected programs” in the
service program and setting it to 0. The section on the “Service program” describes how to go to the
service program.
9.5.6 Service program
Basic settings for the packaging program are defined in the service program .
IMPORTANT
You can access the service
program by pressing STOP as soon as you switch on the machine
(i.e. turn the main switch to I)! Stage S-01 is shown on LED display 2.
Stages S-01 to S-04
The stages are shown on LED display 2 and can be called up in consecutive order using the UP
arrow button (5). Press the UP arrow button (2) to edit the values shown on the LED display on the
left. The numbers stated for the arrow buttons relate to the table of controls in the section on the
“Control panel”.

Sleep mode Defines how long the machine idles for before it
powers down into sleep mode. If you enter zero
(0), the machine never goes into sleep mode.

0 = OFF
1 = ON
S04
Vacuum in stages Vacuuming mode 0 = OFF
1 = ON
Click STOP to return to the basic settings.
