13.3.4 Maintenance work on the power supply
IMPORTANT
All work on live aggregates or components must be carried out by a VC999 technician or by a
qualified electrician!
DANGER
The machine must be switched off before the electrical switchgear cabinet is opened.
Switch off the main I/0 switch and unplug the machine at the mains before opening the door!
13.3.4.1 Electric fuses
§ Isolate the machine from the power supply as described in “Maintenance work on the power supply“.
§ Use the square socket key (included) to open the
door of the electrical cabinet.
§ If a mains automatic circuit breaker has been
released, switch it back on or replace any fuse
that has blown.
1 mains automatic circuit breaker
2 mains automatic circuit breaker
3 fine-wire fuse 2.0 AT 250V
4 fine-wire fuse 3.15 AT 250V

13.3.4.2 Replacing the electronics board
§ Isolate the machine from the power supply as
described in “Maintenance work on the power
supply“.
§ Use the square socket key (included) to open the
door of the electrical cabinet.
§ Remove the metal shield (5). In order to do this,
loosen and remove the two cylinder screws (6)
using a hexagon socket wrench.
