General description
This talking watch announces both the time and date and has a radio control feature
which enables the watch to receive a radio signal from transmission waves. This signal
sets the time and date on the watch automatically. The radio control feature also
changes the time from British summer to winter time automatically and vice-versa.
The UK transmitter is based in Anthorn, Cumbria, and typically has a reaching distance
of up to 620 miles or 1000 kilometres.
The watch can also be used in Germany, USA and Japan (60 KHz only) where the radio
signal can be received and sets time and date automatically.
